My classes in detail
In my yoga classes I offer well-founded lessons based on Yin, Yang, as well as restorative yoga poses to balance and rejuvenate you. The emphasis will be on integration of body, feelings, mind and mind objects (the four foundations) with yoga poses (asanas).
Whether you are attending my online classes or one of my one-to-one sessions, I recommend that you equip yourself with a minimum amount of yoga materials including a yoga mat, a couple of yoga blocks and a yoga belt (or a bathrobe belt in the absence!) as well as practice in a quiet and comfortable space and wear comfortable clothing.
My yoga classes always begin with a few minutes of meditation or breath work then build some energy through easy poses and moving before moving into more active poses. Ten minutes before the end we will then gradually begin our relaxation and calming stage and conclude the session with mindful body scanning or meditation to cement the practice into the rest of our day.
Every class whether online or in person will always be tailored each time to target specific muscle groups. M

Recordings are available through a membership package. Every recorded class is aimed at different levels (beginner or more advanced) and focuses on specific themes (choose the one that suits you best and practice as much as you like at your own pace without leaving the comfort of your own home!

1-2-1 private
lessons
I offer individual private and tailor-made yoga lessons and adaptive classes that focus on addressing specific challenges for those with physical challenges or disabilities who still want to undertake a journey of mental and physical fitness. Contact me for a preliminary discussion so that we can develop your personal yoga program together.

Live zoom classes
Ideal for groups who want to practice yoga in an intimate atmosphere and share experiences, I offer online live weekly evening classes at a time that suits your schedule, so you can end your day with a calm body and mind.
My classes are always recorded so you can practice at your own pace if you are unable to attend the live class up to 7 days from the date of the live class.

- Weekly group live classes choose from either Tuesday or Thursday evening 6 pm UK time (£40 per month for once weekly classes)
- Sunday morning 1 hour yoga class in Italian (£35 x month for once weekly class)
- Recorded classes ( 45 mins): £10x month (unlimited monthly access)
- Tailor made 1-2-1 in person yoga class 60 min (£60)
- Tailor made online 1-2-1 yoga class 60 mins (£30)

Classes are delivered (and recorded) via Zoom pro. Access to Zoom will open 15 mins before scheduled time. Whilst classes are limited to 1 hour in duration, the class may overrun a little at times, this is purely for the objective of delivering an excellent class to completion.
